The Board of Directors of Salem Christian Homes is very pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Roderick McLeish to be the CEO who will replace Dan Copeland, upon his retirement this June. Mr. McLeish is joining Salem with the goal of building upon what the organization has already accomplished throughout our fifty-five history.
Mr. McLeish has spent many years in the business world, and most recently was Vice President and CFO of William Carey International University in Pasadena. In 2004, he made a conscious decision to dedicate the rest of his working career to serving the Lord in whatever way God saw fit.
Mr. McLeish has a granddaughter, Chloe, who was born with a genetic mutation that has incapacitated her both mentally and physically. That relationship has given him a deep, first-hand understanding of the effects of developmental disabilities in the lives of individuals and families.
Please join the Board of Directors in welcoming Mr. McLeish to the Salem family. He will be begin working at Salem on April 18, as we transition from one leader to the next.
