Board of Directors
As a family based organization, the work of Salem is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board establishes major policies, approves budgets, reviews financial statements, evaluates operations, assists with fundraising and provides support and advice to the CEO and administrative staff. This committee consists of event planning for all of Salem’s promotional events, including “Run, Walk & Roll” and the annual Benefit Auction. There are several different types of volunteer positions, and you may have the skills to meet one of Salem’s needs! If you are interested in basic office assistance, planning and helping out at resident’s events, volunteering in the homes to work with the residents by reading, game or sports playing, outing support or much more, contact Tena Meinders at (909) 614-0580 for more information.
