We couldn’t have asked for a better night to celebrate the ministry God has called Salem to do– the Salem residents sang Happy 50th Birthday to Salem, ate pizza, cake, and dance the night away to Elvis. Everyone who attended left feeling so full of joy because the residents who live at Salem truly are happy, loved for, and are living to their full potential!

Residents and staff enjoyed their trip to Tulare for the 20th annual Livestock Auction, a Salem Fund Raiser. Taking a bus for the first time was great. Donations at the sale topped $115,000.00. Participating in the program for the 50th anniversary celebration was fun, too. Thank you to all out supporters in the Tulare area.

Salem Christian Homes residents and friends are celebrating their 50^th Anniversary in its original roots- the Bellflower area! Please join us for entertainment for all ages including Hi-Tops dance group, all your favorite carnival games with prizes for all participants, face painting, classic car show and much more. Lunch will include hamburgers, hot dogs, watermelon, beans, chips and cookies. Mmmm…
