Marlene Everett – Director of Intermediate Care Facilities

Marlene Everett, Director of Intermediate Care Facilities, has been with Salem Christian Homes since 1984. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration Management.

Her job includes overseeing all the health facilities. She takes teaching her staff very seriously and makes sure they understand the importance of preventing further deterioration of skills, and focusing on the spiritual emphasis of ““Light piercing darkness.” The motto she lives by at Salem is “improving the quality of life” for the clients  Salem serves.  Marlene considers providing services for these clients one of the highest priorities in her life. When not at Salem, she’s cooking someone’s favorite dish in her family! She loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
